To promote their upcoming production of LES MISERABLES, the Orlando Shakespeare Theatre recently held a flash mob at the Mall of Millenia. In this video, the actors converge from all corners of the mall as they sing the rousing, now iconic song, 'One Day More,' complete with the familiarly choreographed 'Les Mis walk' and of course a red flag. The cast of the Tony Award-winning musical NEWSIES took their excited final bows at the Nederlander Theatre today to uproarious applause from a packed audience. NEWSIES featured a Tony Award-winning score with music by eight-time Academy Award winner Alan Menken and lyrics by Jack Feldman, with a book by four-time Tony Award winner Harvey Fierstein. Produced by Disney Theatrical Productions, NEWSIES was directed by Tony nominee Jeff Calhoun and choreographed by Christopher Gattelli, who won a 2012 Tony Award for his work. NEWSIES enjoyed almost two and a half years on Broadway.
