New Summer Camps For Kids, Teens, and Adults Come to Bay Street
Bay Street Theater & Sag Harbor Center for the Arts has announced the addition of three new summer camps to join its already robust lineup of engaging and exciting education opportunities this upcoming July and August. Three weeklong camps focusing on screenwriting, on-camera acting, and dramaturgy, led by industry professionals, are now open for registration.

Pompano Beach Cultural Center will present for Woman to Woman: A Night of Laughter, Love, and Celebration, an evening of hilarity, community, and good vibes on Thursday, March 30, 2023 at 7pm. Closing out Women's History Month is an outstanding all-female line-up hosted by comedian Fefe (Felicia Frazier), originally from Pompano Beach, and co-host of the nationally syndicated radio show, The Soul Funny Radio Show.
Broadcast Music Inc. Celebrates Artists at 2022 Trailblazers of Gospel Music Awards
On March 31st, BMI (Broadcast Music, Inc.) celebrated the best and brightest in gospel music at the 2022 BMI Trailblazers of Gospel Music Awards held at the National Museum of African American Music in Nashville. BMI’s Gospel Song of the Year, Songwriter of the Year, Publisher of the Year and the top 20 songs of the previous year were all honored at the private event hosted by BMI’s President & CEO, Mike O’Neill and BMI’s Vice President, Creative-Atlanta Catherine Brewton.
Bay Street Theater's LITERATURE LIVE! Returns With A Virtual Staged Adaptation Of MACBETH
Bay Street Theater & Sag Harbor Center for the Arts is pleased to announce the return of Literature Live! with the staged virtual premiere of Shakespeare's Macbeth on Tuesday, November 9, at 8 p.m., followed by a talkback between the show's creators and actors. The Literature Live! presentation of Macbeth will be available via on-demand streaming starting Monday, November 8, through Sunday, December 5.
Bay Street Theater Scenes and Monologues Acting Classes For Teens And Adults Begin January 27
Bay Street Theater & Sag Harbor Center for the Arts is pleased to announce the online acting workshop Scenes and Monologues from Shakespeare, an intensive rehearsal of Shakespearean scenes and monologues, begins Wednesday, January 27. The eight-session workshop is held online via Zoom on Wednesdays from 7 to 9 p.m. through March 17. Registration is $200 for adults and kids ages 13 and up; payment plans are available.

Bay Street Theater & Sag Harbor Center for the Arts is pleased to announce the online acting workshop Monologue!, an intensive rehearsal of contemporary or classic monologues, will be held as part of Bay Street's new online programming platform Bay Street To-Go. Sessions are open to adults and kids ages 13 and up, and will be available Mondays through Fridays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. starting June 9. Individuals may meet for hour-and-a-half segments for a fee of $75 per session, online via Zoom.
