BIO

Ben Mehl is a Canadian-American stage and screen actor best known for his role as the blind librarian, Dante, in the hit Netflix series, “You.” He is also a passionate acting teacher in New York City. Mehl is proud to have had the opportunity to represent low vision characters on screen. While not fully blind, he has Stargardt’s disease and is legally blind.

F Street Productions is launching UNSUNG a new six-episode scripted rock & roll comedy podcast inspired by the real-life exploits of musician and rock legend Kasim Sulton. Red Bull Theater today announced the cast for the next REVELATION READING, Cathy Tempelsman's A Most Dangerous Woman, directed by Pamela Berlin: Julia Coffey, Carson Elrod, Stephen DeRosa, Andrew Garman, Ben Mehl, Rachel Pickup, Griffin Sharps, Derek Smith, David Ryan Smith, and Sara Topham.  This will take place on Monday April 15th at 7:30pm at the Lucille Lortel Theatre (121 Christopher Street, between Bleecker and Hudson Streets).
