Nya, an inner-city public high school teacher, is committed to her students but desperate to give her only son Omari opportunities they'll never have by sending him to an upstate private school. When her son is about to be expelled over a controversial incident at the private school, Nya must confront his rage and her own choices as a parent. Pipeline opens at Gallery Players in Park Slope, Brooklyn, Saturday, March 26 and runs for 12 performances through April 10.
