Noble Catering to Operate Broadway Theatre Center's Skylight Bar & Bistro

Skylight Music Theatre has announced that Noble Catering will operate the Skylight Bar & Bistro, located on the 2nd floor of the Broadway Theatre Center, 158 N. Broadway, in Milwaukee's Historic Third Ward.

Noble Catering, part of F Street Hospitality, will offer food and beverage service beginning two hours prior to matinee and evening mainstage performances in the Cabot Theatre of the Broadway Theatre Center. Skylight Music Theatre performs in the Cabot for its full season. Milwaukee Chamber Theatre also performs in the Cabot for two productions each season. Noble Catering specializes in catering for elevated events and gatherings in Milwaukee.

"Noble Catering and the team at F Street Hospitality are thrilled to be working with Skylight Music Theatre and the incredible team putting together a wonderful line up this season," said F Street Group Vice President Kaelyn Cervero. "We are looking forward to bringing inspired food and beverage options to the theatre. Our veteran team also specializes in catering and designing private events and are excited to create memorable experiences in such a unique venue."

Food service will begin during the run of Evita, February 3-19. The menu at Skylight Bar and Bistro will feature shareable items like Togarashi popcorn, malt vinegar chips and black garlic onion dip, as well as a seasonal cheese and charcuterie board. There will also be dessert items like hazelnut bombaloni and Belgium chocolate fudge cake. Reservations are not necessary at this time and patrons will be seated on a first come, first served basis. Noble Catering & Events develops high-end, customizable menus for private gatherings, corporate meetings, weddings, nonprofit galas, special celebrations, and more in southeastern Wisconsin.

Parking

Purchase $5 parking vouchers from the Broadway Theatre Center Box office for use in the Historic Third Ward parking garage at 212 N. Milwaukee Street (one block east and one block north). Vouchers are valid between 5 p.m. and 11:59 p.m. for evening performances. Matinee vouchers are valid 12-5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Not valid for Wednesday matinees. Voucher sales stop 30 minutes before showtime. Advance purchase recommended so that vouchers can be mailed with tickets. No refunds. Meter parking is available on the street (free after 6 p.m. and on Sundays).

Health & Safety Protocols

Skylight Music Theatre joined other Milwaukee performing arts organizations to discontinue requirements for proof of vaccination or negative Covid tests. Masks are optional.
