Directed by Brian P. Allen and musical direction by Victoria Stubbs starring Broadway veteran Ryan Duncan and Kelly Caufield leading a cast of 11 singer/actor/musicians.

Penobscot Theatre Company and Frogtown Puppeteers present The Headless Horseman of Sleepy Hollow, November 17th at 10AM. In this comedic version of the classic Washington Irving tale, schoolteacher Ichabod Crane helps the Headless Horseman find a new head and a spookier image. Meanwhile, a jealous Brom Bones tries to run Ichabod out of town as they both vie for the affection of Katrina Van Tassel.
Penobscot Theatre Presents Fright Night II with East Coast Ghost Trackers and GHOSTBUSTERS, 10/30

Tonight, October 30th at 6:00PM the Penobscot Theatre Company presents a special night of Halloween thrills and chills. The evening begins with two never-before-seen episodes of East Coast Ghost Trackers, the first episode taking place in our very own Bangor Opera House while the second is at a surprise Maine location. These spooky investigations will be followed by a rare Q&A with the ghost trackers themselves. Then, at 8PM, the evening continues with a special screening of the 1984 classic comedy, Ghostbusters. The entire night is free and open to the public but $5 donation is encouraged.

Portland Ovations Presents WEST SIDE STORY, 11/9

The Broadway National tour of the smash hit Broadway revival WEST SIDE STORY is coming to Portland, Maine. WEST SIDE STORY will open at Merrill Auditorium on November 9th and will be in town for three performances; November 9th at 8pm and November 10th at 2pm and 8pm. Tony Award-winning librettist Arthur Laurents' Broadway direction is recreated for the tour by David Saint, the Associate Director on Broadway. The original Jerome Robbins choreography is reproduced by Tony Award-nominee Joey McKneely (The Boy from Oz, The Life).
