Think back to the age of radio, before televisions and Hi-Tech existed. The number one source of information, news and entertainment; radio shows like "The Howdy Doody Show" and "Amos n' Andy" streamed over the airwaves every night. Relive those days as Music Theatre Louisville presents, It's a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play on stage at the Kentucky Center, Bomhard Theater.

Inspired by the classic film, Music Theatre Louisville will re-create the story of Bedford Falls, George Bailey, and the angel that saves his life as the theater transforms into WBFR in New York City. Complete with Foley artist sound effects and cleverly scripted commercials, Music Theatre Louisville will transform the theater into a radio studio and invite the audience to become part of the magic. It may not be the big screen, but the timeless story of a man who's down on his luck and the friends who see him through ring true. With the universal theme of hope in times of uncertainty, It's a Wonderful Life is one not to miss!
