A dramatic post-modern retelling of the devastation left behind after the fall of Troy. Priam, Hector, and Paris are dead. Queen Hecuba and the women of Troy remain behind as the spoils of war. What will be their fates, and can they stand strong in the face of adversity?

Cast and Creative team for Trojan Women at Archway Theatre Company

The production stars Archway resident company member, Hillary Weintraub, in the role of Hecuba, queen of conquered Troy. Weintraub is surrounded by fellow company members, Annie Freeman Sabel, EmLee Vassilos, Abigail Hunt, Angie Dobson, Sydnee Ortiz, Taylor Marr, and Brittany McSorley. Other members of the cast include Daren Prescott, Laura Negin Prescott, Steven Cole, Mishelle Fuentes, Penelope Chan, Sarah Wylie, Brooke McKenzie-Dawson, and Hannah Taragan.

Archway Theatre Company's unique immersive theatre style returns to the campus of Woodbury University with a post-modern telling of the Euripides classic, 'Trojan Women,' as an examination of the devastation of a war-torn country. Performances are 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, April 5 through April 20. Tickets are $28 general admission.
