Cory Henry is a Grammy-winning artist originally from Brooklyn, New York, known for his mastery of the Hammond organ and his work with Snarky Puppy before launching a solo career in 2018. His 2025 album Church won the Grammy for Best Roots Gospel Album and features contributions from his family, including his grandmother. Henry has also collaborated with artists such as Stevie Wonder and Rosalía, and a PBS documentary chronicled the making of Church. This performance is part of the Skirball's free outdoor Sunset Concerts series.
