New Works Festival at Shoebox Theatre

Raeya Allen is thrilled to be making her debut with First Lamb Productions! When she’s not onstage, you can find her reading a book, listening to musicals, or impressing friends with her completely unnecessary ability to say the alphabet backwards. She is grateful to FLP for the opportunity to be part of this wonderful cast and can’t wait to share the show with you. A special thanks to her people for always encouraging her to stay weird!

Linda is thrilled to be working with First Lamb Productions for the first time. A long time member of The Group Rep Theater in NoHo she was recently seen there in NETWORK, TWELVE ANGRY JURORS, and YOU CAN’T TAKE IT WITH YOU. She also appeared there in THE AMERICAN DREAM and AND MISS REARDON DRINKS A LITTLE. Other LA credits include AMERICAN GRIND at the Lyric-Hyperion Theater and NO MATTER WATT:SILVER at the Broadwater Theater ( Hollywood Fringe Festival 2024). Linda is also a director and won an EDDON AWARD for Best Direction of a Local Play for OTHERWISE ENGAGED at Upstairs at the Group Rep Theater in 2019.

Jason Beltran keeps a consistent love for acting in all mediums and is excited to return to the stage after working on various TV shows such as Demeter, Doctor Odyssey, Countdown, Grey's Anatomy, Wonder Man, The Pitt and Youtube series In The Valley. When he's not on your favorite streaming service, you can catch him on Spotify and Apple Music as the Valley Wizard, making Nouveau Punk. He hopes his next Festival is Warped Tour.

Birdie is thrilled to make her debut performance with First Lamb Productions. She hopes to bring you to tears, laughter, and everything in between tonight. During intermission you can leave her a critique or dad joke via instagram @the1_birdie. Between shows you can find her at The Groundlings School or a growing list of true crime reenactment shows on your favorite streaming platform. Enjoy the show!

Eleanor Conniff is excited to be joining FLP on this production. Her recent credits include Pining in Prickly Pear Patch at Hollywood Fringe, Short and Sweet at the Theatre 68 Arts Festival, and the 2026 Theatre 68 One Acts Festival. Ellie was an Acting Apprentice at Portland Playhouse during their 2020-2021 season, where she premiered her solo show Queen Shit. Film credits: King Crumb (2026), The Endless (2024), The Mirror (2026). Ellie studied History and Theatre Performance at Xavier University. She is represented by Posh Talent Agency.

Dorian Cross is an acting major at Glendale Community College and has been in multiple of their productions. He has been acting since the age of five and has performed in many shows such as Percy Jackson: The Lightning Thief, Into the Woods, and a play festival where he also worked as a stage manager. He is very excited to be a part of First Lamb Productions festival and share his and his castmates' work with you all.

Zach is excited to make his First Lamb Productions debut! He has recently made apperances at CTG as Bernard in Boeing Boeing and at Culver City Public Theater's Wizards Workshop as Jan/Knight. He is thankful for the directors,cast, and crew for an amazing experience as well as his friends and family for their support!

Paul Alan Dixon (he/him) is a Los Angeles-based actor, filmmaker, and video editor. Recent theater credits include Jesus Christ Superstar, The Pillowman, and Twelfth Night. His screen work includes Starz’s Minx, HBO’s Perry Mason, and The Young & The Restless, and his voiceover credits include campaigns for America’s Credit Unions. Behind the camera, Paul directs short films, bringing the same storytelling instincts he honed as an editor to his work as a filmmaker. A U.S. Air Force veteran and proud SAG-AFTRA member, Paul brings a disciplined, collaborative spirit to every production he joins.

Having just earned his master’s degree in Communication Studies from CSUN and turned 40, Gavin Ebo has found himself on a few side-quest adventures while trying to answer two very important questions: Which PhD/MFA program should he enroll in? And how long until he starts an OnlyFans account? (Student Loans, Yo!!!) While figuring it out , the awesome people of FLP have given Gavin the opportunity to remember why he loves acting and performing. He is blessed, honored, and grateful to be part of a collective that fosters community, inclusivity, and connection through the arts and storytelling.

Marc is a bicoastal actor from New York City. Hobbies include singin’ in the rain and dirty dancing.

Lisa is thrilled to be portraying a small child and college student again with First Lamb Productions! Sasha Gray is a Los Angeles–based actor with experience in both comedic and dramatic roles. She enjoys bringing authentic characters to life and is always excited to take on new challenges and continue growing as a performer.

Angel Huerta is a newcomer to FLP taking on his first ever role as a theater actor. Playing Oldest Son in Family By Numbers, Angel brings a new perspective and excitement to the role :D !

Chevy Knight loves pretending she’s an actor. But we all know she’s just a feral clown, who is beyond thrilled to create art with her friends. Making her directorial debut with 'The Kiss', she hopes to rip out your heart, while making you laugh at the same time. Favorite pastimes include, causing absolute chaos, randomly breaking into song, busting a move & applauding loudly from the wings! Let’s party. Chevy also serves as Production Manager and the director of THE KISS.

Nykki McGee is amped to join FLP for this year’s productions of “Claim” and “The Test Never Lies”. You may have seen Nykki on TV/Film without knowing it, while she was stunt doubling in car crashes and chase scenes for shows like “9-1-1” and “SEAL Team”. She also appears as an actress in “The Rookie: Feds” and “Lanterns”! In her spare time, you can find Nykki adding more “adventures” to her ADHD side quests, at the race track, the mountain or some sort of Type 2 fun, like solely using a map and compass to navigate sand dunes.

Matt’s been hanging around. He loves the stage and screen. This is his first time bringing something he wrote to the stage, and he couldn’t ask for a better group of artists to help him. Matt is most appreciative of the opportunity to actually put his theater directing degree to use. Matt is also the writer and director of CLAIM.

Steven was ecstatic when asked to direct two plays in this New Works Festival. But when he heard that not a single person had asked him to also act in either, he knew this was his moment. When he was told he’d be the lighting designer too, well… that was a no-brainer. Please enjoy the show! Steven does everything in this show from acting, directing, designing, and being all around cute.

Amy Lynn is incredibly excited to be a part of First Lamb’s New Work Festival. She has had such a wonderful time connecting with new cast mates and reuniting with cast/crew members from what feels like a lifetime ago. It is unbelievably revitalizing being back in a space where she can act, goof off, and feel at home in the theater. So much love and many thanks for allowing her to be a part of this adventure!

Aurora ( Rory) Sanchez is excited to return to the stage and join the talented team of First Lamb Productions. She's a Los Angeles native with a love for performing, fashion, and hair. If she's not on stage she's been known to be behind the scenes working on hair, makeup or costumes. Her cat Denji is very excited for her but unfortunately couldn't make it due to a series of very important mouse appointments but would love it very much if you could all let him know how well his human did through means of meowing. Don't be shy, Aurora is fluent in feline.

Samantha Jo Jaffray (Costume Designer) has been creating her own clothing and costumes since her fourth-grade debut in A Midsummer Night's Dream. Her costume design credits include: The Prom (Simi Valley Cultural Arts Center), In the Heights (Morgan-Wixson Theatre),  and so many more across the San Fernando Valley. She has had to do almost everything the long way, and believes it has really helped her to feel all the feelings and love all of the things. She is grateful for her family, friends, and especially her daughter, Hattie Jane. @thecostumecoven

Mookie Johnson is incredibly proud to be part of First Lamb’s New Works Festival as the Scenic & Prop designer. As someone who is very familiar with being in front of the curtain, he has found just as much joy and fulfillment creating behind it. The entire NWF process, from reading many scripts, to being a part of casting, has made him appreciate theatre from all angles. Everyone involved has worked extremely hard to bring this show to its feet. Mookie would like to thank Chevy and Sami for their unbelievable support during this process. LOOK AT WHAT WE’VE CREATED!

Will Nazareno received his Bachelor of Arts in Music from the UCLA Herb Alpert School where his primary studies involved orchestral performance. Though his training catered to the classical sphere, his deep passion for theater and song reached a variety of spaces where he was able to practice his directorial visions. In his most recent projects, he was involved in Rent (ensemble, mark u/s), Frida Kahlo Theater: Short Play Festival (Lucien), Much Ado About Nothing (music dir.), and Into the Woods (music dir.). Will thanks Sami, Chevy, and Mookie for welcoming him to the FLP team!

Deanna is drawn to stories that find beauty in the messy places, where humor and heartbreak can exist in the same breath and human connection sits at the center. Get Ready With Me is a piece that illustrates this dynamic beautifully through sisterhood. Bringing these sisters to life with Eleanor and Raeya has been a joy, and their heart, humor, and honesty have made the process an absolute delight.

Just a girl who is neither from here nor there. Unapologetically Latina. Baptized into a certified Valley Girl. She is just trying to live up to being the “cool mom” that the trilogy think she is.

This is for them. And for her parents who never dimmed her light.

And last but never least a giant thank you to her husband Frank , because without him and his support of all her crazy ideas, this wouldn’t be possible!

Dawn Halloran has done just about every job in theatre with the exception of Costumer (she can’t sew). Her love of theatre began at age 4 in The King and I, and in the few years that have passed, has performed in, directed, and teched everything from children’s musical theatre to senior retirement community entertainment. She is thrilled to be directing “Ordained” for First Lamb Productions after performing and serving as Musical Director in their premier production, Speak Low earlier this year.

Ariella Salinas Fiore (she/her/hers/ella) is an award winning actor, director, writer, and member of FLP who was born and raised in Los Angeles. She has been working as an intimacy coordinator/director since 2021 and loves the opportunity to create emboldening spaces for actors to create safe and sexy intimacy on stage and screen. She's so honored to have been asked to help out with this special project. Tons of gratitude to the folks who love her and keep her happy.

Jessica Soderquist is an LAVC student and theatre major. She has appeared on stage in LAVC shows including The Blue Bird, All Together Now, and more. She will be seen this Fall in Conundrum theatre company’s production of Big Fish. She lights up every room she walks into and First Lamb is thrilled to have her on our crew!

Alyssa is coming back out as a theater nerd after being in the closet since 2013 when the film world stole her away. As an alumni of the LAVC Theater, returning to direct Love Hack and The Test Never Lies in the newly renovated building has been such a fun way of reconnecting with the stage. She could not be more proud of her cast, who have made this experience so worth it. Thank you to FLP for the opportunity to participate in this venture!
