State Street Ballet is an international professional dance company based in Santa Barbara, California, established in 1994 by founding director Rodney Gustafson and drawing dancers from around the world. Its home season at the Granada Theatre for 2026/27 comprises Dracula, a dark shadow, The Nutcracker, The Little Mermaid and Brahms & Balanchine, alongside an annual gala, and the company tours productions including Chaplin and The Jungle Book. Its training arm offers a Professional Track for career-bound dancers, the State Street Ballet Summer Conservatory and the affiliated State Street Ballet Academy. Outreach work includes in-theatre education programs and Library Dances.
