4 S Ballet Academy

4S Dance Academy is a family-owned, ballet-based studio at 17631 W Bernardo Drive, Suite A in the 4S Ranch area of San Diego, run by owner-directors Shay and Jason. It describes itself as technique driven and family friendly, with small class sizes and a personal approach, and teaches Ballet, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Jazz, Lyrical, Modern, Musical Theatre and Tap. Programming spans Mommy & Me and children's classes through levelled school-year training for kids and teens, plus a dedicated Adult Program. The school year runs 2026/27 with registration, a published schedule and dress code, preceded by a Pre-Season session and a Meet & Greet. Summer brings ballet intensives, dance camps, Saturday camps and workshops. Students perform in an annual Nutcracker (cast by audition), a Spring Production and a June Recital. The academy is affiliated with The Ballet Alliance and runs the Leap Scholarship Program offering tuition assistance.
