QCTC is looking to add to the current cast for Evita two additional male actors to be part of the ensemble.

The ensemble in Evita plays a very important part of the show and actors should be able to sing and dance.

The production will be at the Duke Energy Theatre opening April 29th 2010 with 15 scheduled performances so far. Rehearsal period begins March 14th and usually rehearsals are at night from 7pm to 10 pm in Uptown Charlotte. We can work arround conflicts during rehearsals but performances are not negotiable. The production will be a complete reinvention of this grand musical to be presented in the intimate Duke Energy Theatre with an innovative set and staging, including the song You Must Love Me and spanish versions of others.

Evita will be directed by QCTC's Artistic Director Glenn T. Griffin, choreographed by Alyson Lowe and musically directed by Marty Gregory.
