The Little Theatre of Winston-Salem will present The Book of Will by Lauren Gunderson on Friday, March 20, at the Hanesbrands Theatre, 209 N. Spruce Street in Winston-Salem. Additional performances will be held on March 21-22 & 26-29. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday performances are at 7:30 pm; Sunday matinees are at 2:00 pm. Tickets range from $14.50-$27 for adults (not including taxes/fees), with discounts for students, seniors, and groups of 10 or more. Tickets are available online, and the box office is open for phone sales on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 12:00–4:00 pm. Celebrate the magic of Shakespeare in The Book of Will! Set in Elizabethan London, this heartfelt tale follows two actors racing to preserve their late friend’s legacy. A true story of love, loss, and the timeless power of words. The Book of Will runs approximately two hours and 30 minutes long, including one 15-minute intermission.
An Opening Night Reception, with complimentary wine and hors d’oeuvres, courtesy of Raffaldini Vineyards and Compass Financial Services, will be held on Friday, March 20, beginning at 6:30 pm.
