mun2, the fastest growing Hispanic entertainment cable network, has promoted Jenny McNicholas to Vice President, Production & Operations. McNicholas has been with the network for seven years and was most recently Director, Production. In her expanded role she reports to Diana Mogollon, General Manager, mun2, out of the Networks offices at Universal City in Los Angeles.

"Jenny has been an influential member of the mun2 Executive team from day one," said Mogollon. "Her deep production experience and expansive network across the U.S. has made her invaluable to mun2 and our program strategy. She is a valued asset to Telemundo Media and has brought important production support to its many original Los Angeles shows. Her knowledge, insight and the ability to steer projects for both mun2 and Telemundo make her promotion to Vice President highly warranted."

In her expanded role McNicholas will be responsible for all in-house and third party productions for the network, from development to transmission, as well as mun2's broadcast operations teams in Miami and Los Angeles. She will oversee a team based in Los Angeles and Miami.

Joining Telemundo in 2006, she served an integral role in mun2's re-launch that year as well as continually assisting all the networks departments' production needs. She has worked on various leading-edge mun2 series including I Love Jenni, Chiquis 'n Control, Larrymania, DUB Latino, Telemundo Media's Billboard Mexican Music Awards and Billboard Latin Music Awards.

Before joining mun2, McNicholas worked in production for Next Entertainment and Mark Burnett Productions on shows such as The Bachelor and Rock Star. She is a Chicago native with a bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois.

mun2 is the fastest growing Hispanic entertainment cable network for young millennial adults 18-34. From reality to music, on-air to digital, mun2 creates original content that resonates across a multi-screen platform.
