Balsamic Chicken with Rustic Tuscan BLENDABELLA

Rustic Tuscan BLENDABELLA, a delicious combination of diced portabella mushrooms, vegetables and herbs creates a very special chicken dish that you will be delighted to serve and savor with friends and family. Rustic Tuscan BLENDABELLA is a perfect complement to Balsamic Chicken and makes the dish unforgettable. Marina's Menu and Lifestyle readers will like that it can be prepared in just minutes and goes great with a variety of sides. I am entering it in the BLENDABELLA'S blogger recipe challenge.

Balsamic Chicken with Rustic Tuscan BLENDABELLA


1 lb. thinly sliced chicken breasts

2 tbsp. olive oil

¾ cup of balsamic vinegar

5 heaping tbsp. Rustin Italian BLENDABELLA

¼ cup of shredded parmesan cheese


Lightly pan broil the thinly sliced chicken breasts in 2 tbsp. olive oil (about 3 minutes on each side). Add to the pan the ¾ cup of balsamic vinegar and the 5 heaping tbsp. of Rustic Tuscan BLENDABELLA. Simmer together until all the liquid is absorbed about 10 minutes.


Plate chicken and sprinkle each serving with a little parmesan cheese. The first time we made it, it was served with a tomato salad and rice. We already made it more than once and also had it with a side of pasta. All of the varieties of BLENDABELLA have just the right flavor combinations that makes cooking and eating a real pleasure.
