This is an industry built equally on creativity and coercion. Changing it at this point would involve a root and branch change of culture.

Not saying this is the case but a lot of advertising dollars from Broadway go into the New York Times. I would hope that isn't influencing anything.

I have a couple of questions.
Does anyone happen to know if the piece is solely about sexual harassment/assault or does it cover bullying as well?
How can I find out the main writer of the piece and their contact info?

I believe the lead writer is Michael Paulson, I know when word initially got out that a story was coming he tweeted out his contact information so that’s why I assume he is the lead writer.

Posted: 8/9/18 at 7:20pmI’d heard rumors that the NYT article got killed. No way to know for sure if that’s true, but if so, I wonder if people will be starting to report individual pieces of it through other news sources a la this expose from Buzzfeed.

While not attempting to discount the claims made by Mr. Martin, I'm somewhat surprised they were unable to find someone else to go on the record regarding Mr. Long.
