Gideon as Seymour is perfect! As excited as I am for seeing Groff, I do honestly believe that Groff is way too handsome for the role. Gideon is handsome, but has a good look for the role.
Yup, the audience was pretty bad. Phones rung in all of Act 2 and even during Jenna's monologue, it wouldn't stop ringing. It was awful. Bless Alison for keeping it together. Then, during Jenna and Joe's talk in the hospital, someone was unwrapping candy.

Fair enough, even though the article was awful in my eyes. I respect this post.
Upcoming Waitress casting Aug 21

It’s always great to see Waitress, but it is cool to see debuts! Colleen and Todrick crushed it!
Colleen nailed it as Dawn! She does her Miranda Sings speaking voice (less exagerrated), which is distracting at first. But, at the same time, the voice does suit a nerdy Dawn and you get used to it since it is fitting. She reminds me a lot of Kimino: Nerdy, but natural and quiet. Her waddle and hunched back posture kills me 🤣 Her WSSM was fantastic, I’m impressed that she kept her MS accen

I was actually the 19th person out of around 40 and I got my ticket at 10:13. My seat is Orch G, seat 21. There were a limited number of rush tickets, according to a sign on the door, so I was lucky!

It’s 8:43 and I’m the 17th person in line. There’s a group of girls in front of me and three older adults. Two girls just joined behind me.
Thanks LxGstv for the great report. Not surprised about Colleen being great, but I'll keep a open mind on Todrick. I'm sure he's adorable! I have false hope that the stage door isn't too bad after the matinee. I'm up early to get rush tickets (5:20 train) because I'm expecting the line to be insane.

Apparently, Lauren was at the Pearl Studio for an audition Monday & Tuesday at the same time YAGMCB was having auditions, and that's when & how she found out. Yikes.

I finally saw the show at the Kennedy Center last night and throughout the show, I was wondering how the heck Andrew does this role 8 times a week. I finally understood why Ben had to go to therapy every week. Such a psychological workout. I really ho
Moulin Rouge was "spectacular, spectacular" and everything I was hoping for it to be. Aaron was the perfect and cutest Christian. Karen's Santine is so much more outgoing than Nicole, so it took a while to get used to it. Karen's voice is incredible. Legit the best voice I've heard on Broadway. Her Diamond Medley blew me away. But, Danny Burstein and Sahr Ngaujah were my favorite parts of the show. Danny is
