The acclaimed New York-based singer, songwriter and pianist Jon Regen released a cover of the song “Satisfied Mind,” his first new music in three years, and the title track to his upcoming new album due out this summer that features luminaries like Ron Carter, Rob Thomas and Pino Pallandino.

Following her spellbinding release of “Holly,” indie-pop starlet Anna Shoemaker returns with an enchanting new single “I Think I” via +1 Records. On par with the cottage-core-themed “Holly” video, the video for “I Think I” finds Shoemaker ditching the goats and high-tailing it into the woods, hellbent on (literally) burying her past.

19-year-old Asian-American singer-songwriter Rocco shares Apples, a two-song single featuring the title track “Apples” and “Have Me Again (demo).” Both tracks stemmed from acoustic ideas, quickly transforming into emotive and expressive indie pop jams once touched by Rocco and producer Marcel Garcon. 

Produced by Chris Robinson, the track showcases Tibbals’ signature glam-rock swagger, complete with jangly guitars and a stomping beat that fuses 60s rock with 00s indie-pop energy. Across tight hooks reminiscent of The Strokes and complete with a sparking guitar solo.

The album was orchestrated, arranged, produced, engineered, and mixed in Los Angeles by Graham Czach with additional production by Dylan McGee Jones, mastered by Howie Weinberg and Will Borza at Howie Weinberg Mastering in Los Angeles, and “Come Home Again” was mixed by Geoff Foster at AIR Studios in London, UK.

As is often the case with Jessy's lyrics, they disassociate from the confident energy of the music, as she wrote them in response to almost being hit by a car when first arriving in LA. This triggered an event of the agoraphobia she's felt since she was young, and so she wrote “Don't Leave Me Now” as an act of catharsis.

Brooklyn-based singer-songwriter Annie Blackman recently announced her forthcoming EP Bug, out via Father/Daughter Records, and she shares the record’s title track. “Bug” follows the previously released “Ash”, which saw early praise from the likes of Rolling Stone, Stereogum, and more.

The album was written in the wake of emotional upheaval from pregnancy loss and an ectopic pregnancy that almost cost his wife her life. After experiencing one tragedy after another, the Pope family was in a very dark place of  unbearable heaviness and overwhelming pain. For a year, Ron found himself unable to create.

The ‘Kitchen Table Session’ video series is inspired by Carrie Mae Weems’ seminal Kitchen Table Series ­– a collection known for exploring the self in collective experiences at a kitchen table.

In the five years since, MLB has had well over 100 released songs as either a co-writer or a producer, including songs with BTS, Lizzy McAlpine, Sam Tompkins, Dylan, Jacob Banks, Gavin James, Victoria Canal, James Smith, Greta Isaac, Orla Gartland, Sody, Jack Kane, and many more (co-writes with YUNGBLUD and Galantis to come this summer). 

A film adaptation of Jerry Torre and Tony Maietta's The Marble Faun of Grey Gardens memoir is in the works. Torre was named 'The Marble Faun' by Edith Ewing Bouvier Beale and her daughter Edith Bouvier Beale, mostly known as Big Edie and Little Edie through the iconic 1975 documentary, Grey Gardens.
