Canadian tech-death force BENEATH THE MASSACRE announce a handful of North American tour dates today. The band will be joining Origin as direct support for the Occupation Domination North American Tour 2020, which starts March 12th in Kansas City and wraps on April 11th in Minneapolis. The band will kick off and end the North American dates with six headline shows, from March 9-11th and April 13-April 16th. South Korean artist Elli K has officially released her long-awaited EP Love Collage. Elli K teamed up with composer/producer Leo Z (Josh Groban, Andrea Bocelli, Nathan Pacheco, Katherine Jenkins) and songwriter Zarah Mahler on this project. The record was manifested at the prestigious Capitol Studios and EastWest Studios in Hollywood, CA. The full album, Love Collage, now available on all digital streaming platforms.

Following the release of her latest single, “fever dream,” mxmtoon is announcing her North American dawn & dusk tour today, with support from Temporex, Verzache, and Claud. Her last US tour sold out months in advance and demand is already through the roof for her next round of dates. mxmtoon will kick things off May 8th in San Diego at House of Blues, playing songs from her 2019 debut album the masquerade, as well as new material. Sundance Institute today announced director and producer Leya Hale as the 2020 recipient of the Sundance Institute Merata Mita Fellowship, an annual fellowship named in honor of the late Māori filmmaker Merata Mita (1942-2010). The announcement was delivered today at the 2020 Sundance Film Festival by N. Bird Runningwater, Director of the Sundance Institute's Indigenous Program.

Alice Wallace has joined forces with Need to Know Records to release a stunning new version of the Linda Ronstadt classic 'Long, Long Time.' The single will be released on both 7” vinyl and digital on February 14, 2020. Alice, who calls Linda Ronstadt her biggest influence, first performed the song to critical acclaim at the one-night-stand of the iconic Palomino Club in Los Angeles in October of 2018.

Go behind-the-scenes of Twentieth Century Studios' “The Call of the Wild” with the making-of featurette “Adventure Companions,” debuting online today. Quebec City-based singer/songwriter Blaze Velluto is set to return again as The Blaze Velluto Collection with a new full-length, We Are Sunshine, due out this summer via Montreal's Dare To Care Records. The album serves as a follow-up to the group's well-received debut, Weatherman, which was independently released in the spring of 2017 before being picked up by Dare To Care and reissued in February 2018. An experimental mix of retro pop, sunny folk, and progressive rock, Weatherman saw Velluto join forces with video producer Michael Japan for a trilogy of music videos — “M Coyote,” “Matilda,” and “Morning Dew” — the latter of which premiered at the Festival de cinéma de la ville de Québec. For the lead single from the forthcoming 10-song set, “Fish Mountain Part II,” Velluto teamed up with the mysterious Japan once again to bring to life a colorful canvas where soothing gospel sounds meet expansive rock, daily situations collide with frenzied fantasies, and catchy riffs encounter brief prog forays. The video serves as a playful nod to Weatherman's themes of lost love, while also introducing the trippy cast of characters featured in its follow-up.

Due to popular demand, THE FLAMING LIPS have confirmed two additional shows to their Spring tour performing all of The Soft Bulletin in its entirety backed by full orchestras and vocal choirs in Portland, Oregon on April 13th and in Dallas, Texas as part of the Dallas Symphony's SOLUNA Festival on April 19th. This morning, two-time Grammy nominated and multi-platinum band, Disturbed confirm their extensive 31-date The Sickness 20th Anniversary Tour throughout North America, co-produced by Frank Productions and Live Nation. The amphitheater tour, with very special guest Staind and Bad Wolves, celebrates the two-decade anniversary of the band's seminal album, The Sickness. On this tour, the band will perform songs off the album, as well as tracks from their most recent studio release, Evolution, and their extensive catalog. The Sickness 20th Anniversary Tour will run from mid-July through mid-September, with dates in cities including Tampa, Toronto, Cincinnati, Phoenix, and Irvine (full dates below).
