Smolls in the City Productions LLC launched their #ThisIsNOW video at Serendipity Labs in New York City on August 13th, 2018. The video was released on Facebook and YouTube and gathered 50,000 views in the first 24 hours of its release on Facebook. The video is an all-female video of the Academy Award-nominated hit song "This is Me" from The Greatest Showman, inspired by the Me Too movement.

The video champions giving struggling women a voice in everyday situations of oppression, such as catcalling in the street or sexual harassment at the workplace. The music video features an original musical composition, fierce choreography, and a unique rap segment, all performed by incredible up-and-coming female talent. The mission of #ThisIsNOW is to encourage our viewers to donate or support charities that address relevant women's issues and build a stronger, more supportive community.

The music video was created by a small team of executive producers: Produced and Directed by Molly Evans, with Nick Candido as the Line Producer, Wayne Cook as the Financial Producer, Ethan Kasnett as the Casting Director and an Executive Producer, Carrie Stalk as the Director of Photography and an Executive Producer, and Stephanie Bissonnette as the Choreographer. Original rap by Cheech Manohar.

Cast includes: Katrina Asmar, Elise Benson, Nadine Bourne, Tiffany Chalothorn, Maria Colonna, Sarah Drake, Jackie Ferre, Madison Fox, Judith Franklin, Ruby Gibbs, Taylor Habershaw, Katie Ialacci, Angela Joy, Brooke McPheeters, Alexandra Osorio, Clare Rea, Jenna Rubaii, Brooke Shapiro, Inês Tomás
