SpotCo, one of Broadway and the entertainment world's top full-service agencies, has announced that Shelby Ladd and Stephen Santore have been promoted to Managing Directors. They will assume their new positions immediately.

Based in New York, and strategically aligned with Dewynters in London and Hamburg, SpotCo continues to re-define how entertainment brands break through in an ever-changing world.

Since 1997, SpotCo has represented over 400 clients including 13 Tony Award-winning Best Plays, 11 Tony Award-winning Best Musicals and 11 winners of the Pulitzer Prize for Drama.

"Shelby and Stephen are part of our next generation of talent and have shown great leadership, both within SpotCo and in the live entertainment industry at large," said Marc Boyan, CEO of Reach4Entertainment, the parent company of both SpotCo and Dewynters, as well as Newman's Displays in London. "Their forward-thinking strategies in the fields of ticket management, analytics and data-driven marketing are exactly what the industry needs right now, as Broadway audiences continue to grow and expand."

Co-Founder Jim Edwards, who is stepping down as CEO, will retire in June, 2018. "Jim has served us brilliantly over the past few years, when he returned to the agency at a crucial time," said Mr. Boyan. "He will be part of the SpotCo family for many years to come."

Shelby Ladd has guided the agency's media and data capabilities over the past eight years. With a diverse background in behavioral research and measurement, she will continue leading the agency into the data-driven future of advertising.

Stephen Santore began his career at SpotCo ten years ago. He is the founder of the Ticketing and Sales Department, and has been a leading voice on advertising strategy. Stephen also brings 3 generations of theater industry experience to his new role.

"We are honored to step into the roles of Managing Directors," said Shelby Ladd and Stephen Santore. "Integrity and creative excellence have always been the backbone of SpotCo's work. It's our job to preserve that legacy while embracing innovation in marketing and technology. We look forward to delivering on this promise to our incredibly talented staff and respected clients."
