Improv Comedy Troupe, EIGHT IS NEVER ENOUGH (AKA LMAO and IMPROV 4 KIDS) is expanding its holiday schedule once again to accommodate guests President's Weekend, NYC Schools Winter Break and Spring Break. After a sold out December Holiday week, the show, usually running every Saturday at 3pm, is adding Wednesday and Sunday Matinees. (2/18, 2/19, 2/22, 2/25, 2/26, 3/31, 4/1, 4/4, 4/7, 4/11, 4/14, 4/15 at 3pm). Tickets for the 90-minute show, currently at the Broadway Comedy Club (318 West 53rd Street, New York NY 10019), run $20-35 via Ovationtix (866-811-4111 or check www.eightimprov.biz for discount links).

Producer, Laurice Fattal, was pleasantly surprised when the shows December 26-30 over sold, forcing the production into the largest theater (200 seats) at the Broadway Comedy Club. "We have never had to turn away so many potential walk-up sales or vouchers from the club's promotional street team, thanks to record advanced sales," says Fattal. Fattal tributes the success to lack of family options, especially on a budget. "And this show is different every time you come. So you are not paying $100-150 each to see Lion King again. You are paying $20 to see you child onstage again."

The cast is offering more public classes for kids and teens as well. Lead Teacher, Walt Frasier (EIGHT IS NEVER ENOUGH cofounder and Comedy Hall OF Fame Director of Instuction) says, "We will soon be rolling out a Under 18 Cast to perform outreach and public show. We have discovered some amazing talent through our various programs at the club and in NYC schools." Classes run just $20 for two hours of instruction. Students ages 9-17 can takes classes Saturdays at Noon. Call212-568-6560 for more information.
