The Aux Dog Theatre Nob Hill presents the 4th Annual edition of the Q SOLO FESTIVAL, a 9-day event showcasing solo performances by New Mexico artists on the intimate and interactive Aux Dog stage. Jan 12 to Jan 28, Fridays and Saturdays
at 8 pm and Sundays at 2 pm.
Go to www.auxdogtheatre.org or email info@auxdog.com for tickets. Tickets are $8 for students with valid IDs, $10 for Groups of 10 or more and $15 regular admission for all adults.
The festival this year includes an original one-woman show with Christine McHugh, a Motown music perfomer, J.J. Jones, and a production of an award-winning breakthrough solo show that Frank Rich described as an "autobiographical monologue." Shear won an Obie Award , Special Citation and a Drama Desk Award nomination for Outstanding Solo Performance for "Blown Sideways Through Life starring Jessica Osbourne."
