Board Member Stewart F. Lane and Bonnie Comley hosted the event! On Saturday, July 16, 2022, Bay Street Board Member Stewart F. Lane and Bonnie Comley hosted a celebration at their East Hampton estate for Bay Street Theater, honoring Mercedes Ruehl and Harris Yulin. Ruehl and Yulin were honored with Bay Street Theater & Sag Harbor Center For The Arts's Joel Grey Lifetime Achievement Award as actors and for their many years of support for the East End's arts community.

On Tuesday, May 28, 2022, Bay Street had a kickoff cocktail party celebrating the start of their Summer season! Hosted by Tracy Mitchell with creatives from bay Street's first summer Production, Windfall, Emmy nominated composer and writer of Windfall Richard Kind, and comedy legend and director Jason Alexander. Artistic Director Scott Schwartz, Board members, and patrons all gathered by the water to celebrate the return after two years of virtual or socially distanced shows. Both Scott Schwartz and Tracy Mitchell spoke at the party about the upcoming season and marked the true return to theatre at Bay Street!

On Friday, May 20, 2022, one hour before the Drama League Awards, Board President Bonnie Comley, Kirk Iwanowski, Mary Jain, and the Board Hosted a VIP Reception at the Drama League Awards right next to the Ziegfeld Ballroom. While the Drama League Distinguished Performance nominees were lining up for the dais, a cocktail party was in full swing in the adjacent ballroom.
