Today we rewind to 2013, when Big Fish arrived on Broadway at the Neil Simon Theatre, where it played for 98 performances. With music and lyrics by Andrew Lippa and book by John August, the musical is based on Daniel Wallace's 1998 novel, Big Fish: A Novel of Mythic Proportions, and the 2003 film.

Claim Our Space Now, Hamilton's Krystal Joy Brown, along with fellow officials, leaders, and activists have come together to urge the Broadway & theatrical community at large to peacefully protest the erasure of Black lives and Black Trans Lives in our communities. In alliance with Broadway for Racial Justice, Claim Our Space Now is fighting for respect and action for Tony McDade, Riah Milton, Dominique Fells, Nina Pop, and the countless other lives that have been stolen with little to no recourse. All of our voices are valuable in this urgent fight to save ALL Black lives. 

The first three of six episodes have been released on Lisa Hopkins' new 'STOPTIME: Live in the Moment' Podcast. The podcast premieres with a special series of conversations with Broadway performers whose current shows have been put on hold due to the global pandemic.

Sounds of the City will present Krystal Joy Brown at The Residences at Worldwide Plaza in an exciting live outdoor concert to benefit Food Bank For New York City, Friday May 22nd. Composer Larry O'Keefe will music direct. Krystal currently stars as Eliza in Hamilton on Broadway.

BroadwayWorld has confirmed that Miguel Cervantes will be joining the Broadway company of Hamilton, taking over the role of Alexander Hamilton, fresh off of his run in the Chicago production of the hit musical.

According to Page Six, Krystal Joy Brown will take over the role of Eliza Hamilton in the Broadway company of Hamilton beginning December 10.

Broadway stars Ciara Renee and Krystal Joy Brown have teamed up with YouTuber Michael Korte and musician Evan Williams to deliver some vocal magic! For Korte's 'One Take' acoustic sessions, a series on his YouTube channel, the girls cover 'Shallow' from A Star Is Born.
