Rising R&B star Ré Alissa explores the complexities of love in her genre-defying EP 'Falling.'

Championing new works can be a risky undertaking, but B St. Theatre’s dedication to the cause continues to pay off. Kicking off the 2024 season is Rescue Me, a finalist in the 2022 B Street New Comedies Festival.  It is penned by two B Street fixtures, Tara Sissom-Pittaro and Peter Story, who infuse humor with introspection into two outwardly opposite individuals.

Contemporary R&B artist Dave Hollister, a veteran vocalist whose style is firmly rooted in the soul and gospel tradition, brings his Matters of the Heart Tour to City Winery Boston on February 10th for two shows at 6pm & 9pm.

Orlando Sings presents a one-night-only performance of Johann Sebastian Bach's Mass in B Minor in acoustically exquisite Steinmetz Hall on March 1st at 8:00 p.m. Conducted by Dr. Andrew Minear, and featuring fantastic soloists along with Orlando Sings' new professional orchestra, The Solaria Players, Orlando Sings continues the organization's tradition of presenting a major work every spring.
