Dorothy Dandridge! The Musical is being presented at the New York Theater Festival on December 11, 15 and 17 after a successful debut at Carnegie Hall in 2022.

The series stars Harriet Slater as “Clara Trenchard (née Dunn)”, Benjamin Wainwright as “Frederick Trenchard”, Edward Bluemel as “Dr. Stephen Ellerby”, Toby Regbo as “Rev. Universal has shifted the premiere date for the second part of the Wicked movie to a month earlier than its original release date. Wicked stars Ariana Grande as Glinda, Cynthia Erivo as Elphaba, Jonathan Bailey as Fiyero, Ethan Slater as Boq, Marissa Bode as Nessarose, Michelle Yeoh as Madame Morrible and Jeff Goldblum as the Wizard.

Bowen Yang gave an update on filming the highly-anticipated Wicked movie musical adaptation during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live last night. Yang, who plays Shiz University student Pfannee in the film, gave an update on who will be playing Dr. Dillamond, a goat professor at Shiz. Watch the video now!

Nick Jonas and Joe Jonas have both revealed that they both auditioned for the same role in the Wicked movie. The two Jonas Brothers stated that they unsuccessfully went up against each other for an unspecified part.

Pasadena Playhouse’s Sondheim Celebration production of  A Little Night Music, directed by David Lee with choreography by Mark Esposito and musical supervision by Darryl Archibald, is in its final two weeks, and must close Sunday, May 28.

The first footage of the Wicked movie was shown at CinemaCon in Las Vegas last night. Audio of 'Defying Gravity' and 'Popular' were played, giving attendees a first listen to Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo singing Stephen Schwartz's iconic music. New shots of Michelle Yeoh as Madame Morrible and Jeff Goldblum as the Wizard were also revealed.

According to a new casting notice, the upcoming Wicked movie is authentically-casting a wheelchair user as Young Nessarose, a new character for the film. Marissa Bode will be playing Nessarose in the upcoming two-part film adaptation, also starring Cynthia Erivo as Elphaba and Ariana Grande as Glinda.

Ariana Grande has shared a new photo from the set of Wicked, revealing that they are halfway done with filming. Joining Grande as Glinda and Erivo as Elphaba is Jonathan Bailey as Fiyero, Ethan Slater as Boq, Michelle Yeoh and Jeff Goldblum as Madame Morrible and the Wizard, respectively, and Marissa Bode as Nessarose.
