Good morning, BroadwayWorld! Because we know all our readers eat, sleep and breathe Broadway, what could be better than waking up to it? Today's big news: It's another big night for off-Broadway, with the London transfer of HERE LIES LOVE, Roundabout's INDIAN INK and MONEY GRUBBIN' WHORES opening, and FORTRESS OF SOLITUDE beginning tonight!

WHAT YOU MISSED YESTERDAY:

Broadway Weather Forecast: A mix of sunshine and clouds today with a high of 75 degrees. Down to 61 tonight with possible rain. Sounds more like fall!

Quote of the Day: In honor of HERE LIES LOVE in the UK, here are a few words from the real-life First Lady of the Philippines, Imelda Marcos...

It is shallow people who think beauty is frivolous or excessive. If you are bringing beauty and god, you are enriching the country. Rice feeds the body, books feed the mind, beauty feeds the soul. It is one thing I can really be proud of and stand tall in the world.
-- Imelda Marcos (via BrainyQuote)

What we're listening to: The Breithaupt Brothers' new album 'JUST PASSING THROUGH'. Kelli O'Hara and others are gathering at Joe's Pub tonight to celebrate the CD release!

Video of the Day: Wet your appetite for the show's London premiere with highlights from the Public Theater's production of HERE LIES LOVE!

And finally, a Happy Birthday shout-out to Fran Drescher, who turns 56 today!

In February, Drescher made her Broadway debut as 'Madame' opposite Carly Rae Jepsen in Rodgers + Hammerstein's Cinderella. She made her stage debut in the world premiere of Ronald Ribman's Rug Merchants of Chaos in Pasadena and has also appeared off-Broadway in Neil LaBute's Some Girl(s), The Exonerated and Nora Ephron's Love, Loss, and What I Wore. Drescher also performed in a special production of Camelot at Lincoln Center. Loved by millions as 'The Nanny' on the long-running CBS-TV comedy, the actress received two Emmy Awards and two Golden Globe nominations for the series, which she also created, wrote, directed and executive produced. She most recently starred in TV Land's sitcom Happily Divorced.
