Pope last appeared on Broadway in Pippin. Before that, she played roles in Fosse, Chicago, A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, Kiss of the Spider Woman, Jelly's Last Jam, The Will Rogers Follies, Sweet Charity and Big Deal. She also traveled with the Thoroughly Modern Millie and Chicago national tours. The actress has also performed off-Broadway in Ziegfeld Follies of 1936, and in the West End in Smokey Joe's Cafe.
