Mannheim Steamroller Christmas to Bring Holiday Spirit to Concord This December

Mannheim Steamroller Christmas by Chip Davis will be performed at the historic Capitol Center for the Arts in Downtown Concord on Wednesday, December 7 at 7:30PM. Tickets are $49-88 per seat, plus any applicable fees for phone/Internet sales.

The show features Mannheim Steamroller Christmas classics along with a selection of compositions from his groundbreaking Fresh Aire series which introduced the distinctive Mannheim sound to all of America, along with dazzling multimedia effects in an intimate setting. The spirit of the season comes alive with the Signature Sound of Mannheim Steamroller.

In addition to being a holiday tradition for many families, Mannheim Steamroller Christmas regularly attracts repeat attendance from multi-generational guests and is one of the longest running tours in the music industry. This year's tour includes many of the performances in a PBS special broadcast airing this year, "Mannheim Steamroller 30/40 Live" featuring the group's legendary concert.

The award-winning Capitol Center for the Arts inspires, educates, and entertains audiences by providing a quality venue for the performing arts as well as an eclectic variety of professional-level, artistically-significant presentations. The Center is conveniently located off Rt. 93 in downtown Concord, New Hampshire and is close to several quality restaurants, shopping boutiques, and other area attractions. The facility first opened in 1927 as the Capitol Theatre, a prime stop on the Vaudeville circuit; it later became Concord's premier movie house and concert hall. After closing in 1989, it underwent a multi-million dollar renovation / modernization and reopened in 1995 as the Capitol Center for the Arts. Today, the Capitol Center is home to the 1304-seat Chubb Theatre, the Spotlight Café, The Governor's Hall ballroom, and the Kimball House, a stately Victorian mansion.
