The summer kicks off June 25 - July 4 with Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, featuring Music & Lyrics by David Yazbek and Book by Jeffrey Lane. Based on the beloved film, the show follows two rival con men who clash on the French Riviera as they compete to fleece a naïve heiress. Audiences will laugh till their sides ache as they discover who’s the dirtiest, rottenest scoundrel of them all!

June 17, 2026 The Barnstormers Theatre in Tamworth, N.H., will present DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS, directed by Executive Artistic Director Jordan Ahnquist, featuring a cast of returning and first-time Barnstormers performers.About the Theatre
Located in the scenic village of Tamworth, NH, The Barnstormers Theatre is one of the longest-running professional summer theatres in the country.
The company was founded in 1931 by Francis Cleveland, the youngest son of President Grover Cleveland, Francis’s wife Alice, and their friend Ed Goodnow – all of whom were involved with theatre on Broadway.
Today, The Barnstormers is one of three Equity theatres in New Hampshire, providing the region with brilliant summer theatre.
