Characula to Perform Halloween-Themed Halftime Show at L.A. Derby Dolls Game, 10/19

Horror rocker Characula is set to perform at the Halftime Show for the L.A. Derby Dolls -- SoCal's premier female roller derby league -- on October 19.


SoCal's horror rock goddess Characula (www.characula.com), is goose bumping the radio waves with her new single "Dead Light District Dolls."

The creepy cool track, now available on iTunes, Amazon, and other digital retailers, is currently impacting Triple AAA Radio in the U.S. It comes off her upcoming debut album produced by Dito Godwin (No Doubt, Great White, KISS, Motley Crue).

Her two singles "Ready For Love" and "Mummy Dance" each received a nomination for a Hollywood Media Music Award (HMMA).

Characula will be giving a blistering performance during the halftime show of this Saturday's L.A. Derby Dolls game between home teams Varsity Brawlers and Sirens. The L.A. Derby Dolls are southern California's all-female roller derby league made up of more than 150 skaters and volunteers comprising five different teams.

The show is set for Saturday, October 19, 2013 at 6 p.m. at The Doll Factory (L.A. Derby Dolls), 1910 W. Temple Street, Los Angeles, Calif. Open to all ages.
