Broken Bells to Host Tumblr IRL Record Release Party, 1/31

On Friday, January 31, James Mercer and Brian Burton, better known as Broken Bells, will celebrate the release of their sophomore full length album, After the Disco, at Baby's All Right in Brooklyn, NY. The party is being presented by Tumblr IRL and will feature a special acoustic performance by Mercer and Burton along with an art exhibit showcasing works by Jacob Escobedo and photography by Danger Mouse (Burton). Broken Bells will also be the musical guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Wednesday, January 29. Jimmy Kimmel Live! airs on Wednesday night at 11:35pm EST on ABC.

While After the Disco will not be available for purchase until February 4, it is currently streaming via iTunes in full and is available for preorder. All iTunes preorders come with instant downloads of both "Holding On for Life" and "After the Disco."
