Fifteen-year-old Betty Klenck is struggling with her sense of identity. Bullied in school for being different natured from everyone else she finds inspiration and solace in the persona of Amelia Earhart. Dead Reckoning explores the importance of female role models on the developmental identity of young women.This is a 30-min video adaptation of the 90-minute musical and represents the first third of the piece.
