Written by Jason Robert Brown and directed by Elyse O'Shaughnessey, The Last Five Years is an emotionally powerful and intimate musical about two New Yorkers in their twenties who fall in and out of love over the course of five years. Jamie Wellerstein, a rising novelist, and Cathy Hiatt, a struggling actress open their hearts and minds as they tell their side of the relationship, proving there are always two sides to every story. Cathy's story is told in reverse chronological order (beginning at the end of the marriage), and Jamie's told in chronological order (starting just after the couple first meet).

Lifting the lid on gambling addiction and living on the edges of society, Skin in the Game confronts what happens when you lie to those who know you best.
