Side Splitters Comedy Club Announces Upcoming Holiday Events

By: Dec. 19, 2011

Side Splitters Comey Club has announced their upcoming events for the holiday season.

Appearing this weekend: Annual BAD SANTA Show December 23, 2011 - 2 shows!
This show is RRR-Rated, so if you are offended by anything at all, please step away from your computer. Pretty Paul Parsons is Bad Santa and we know he has been naughty!

This show will take audiences far beyond political correctness, good taste, and morality to the twisted regions where sanity and most comedians fear to tread: where nothing is sacred and the concept of taboo in itself is a joke.

Paul doesn’t go over the edge, he slithers under it and is very proud to have once been kicked off stage at a biker bar for being “too offensive”.

Appearing next weekend: New Year's Eve with Michael Palascak!
New Year's Eve features 2 shows! 730pm preparty includes a champagne toast, mock countdown, and party favors! 1030pm Gala includes OPEN BAR, champagne toast, party favors, countdown, balloon drop, music & dancing, and a continental breakfast buffet! Both shows feature a live comedy show with Michael Palascak of TBS and Letterman!

Michael has been seen on Live at Gotham on Comedy Central and was the winner of HBO's Lucky 21 Competition and Comedy Central's Open Mic Fight:Chicago.

Michael Palascak (Pal-a-sack), a 20-something comedian from the Midwest, has trouble adapting Daylight Savings Time. At a very young age, he was aware of the loud voices in his head, but a minor head injury during an intramural flag football game in college would quell them forever. And so, with the voices of destiny silenced, Michael was forced to forgo his pursuit of intramural flag football and settle for the more head safe career choice in stand-up comedy.

Drawing from his lifelong experiences of living at home with his parents, dorm life, and frequent trips to the local Dunkin Donuts, Michael's likeable, innocent persona allows audiences to really appreciate the simple humor in their own lives...and also to laugh a lot.

Michael has performed at clubs and colleges all around the country and, having trained at The Second City in Chicago, can be found on the sketch comedy circuit. Most recently, he debuted his one-person sketch show in Chicago--Pursuing Happiness: A bunch of scenes about people that moved out of their parents' house, got a real job, and got married. Performed by a guy who didn't.
