THE TAMING OF THE SHREW is Shakespeare's wonderful battle of the sexes. Matters of gender, marriage, and family come together in this dark comedy of Kate, a headstrong woman, and her tempestuous relationship with Petruchio, the man who is set on wooing and winning her. This historic production of the popular comedy will be directed by Tara Notcutt with an all-female cast (including Alicia McCormick, Daneel van der Walt, Buhle Ngaba, Lynita Crofford, Dianne Simpson, Ann Juries, Kathleen Stephens, Naledi Majola, Kate Pinchuckand Masali Baduza) and creative team (including Dara Beth, Mariechen Vosloo, Jo Glanville, Ronel Jordaan and Cleo Notcutt.)
