On today's episode of 'Broadway Week' on 'Live with Kelly and Ryan,' Kelly Ripa goes behind the scenes of 'Tootsie.' She sits down with Santino Fontana, and even tries to take home his character's iconic red dress!

The 11-Time Tony Award-nominated musical, TOOTSIE, will launch a North American Tour at Shea's Buffalo Theater in Buffalo, New York, in Fall 2020, announced producers Scott Sanders and Carol Fineman. Casting, exact dates and additional cities will be announced at a later date.

On Friday night, Santino Fontana was a guest on 'The Late Show with Stephen Colbert' to talk about the Broadway adaptation of 'Tootsie' he stars in.

Tootsie is officially open on Broadway! As per Broadway tradition, the Legacy Robe was awarded to the ensemble member with the most Broadway credits, in this case, Jenifer Foote!

The Marquis Theatre was hoppin' last night, April 23, 2019, as Broadway welcomed one of the final musicals of the 2018-19 season. Tootsie, starring Santino Fontana, Lilli Cooper, Sarah Stiles, John Behlmann and more, celebrated its opening night at Pier 60 and BroadwayWorld was there!

Following in the footsteps of NETWORK and TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD, Robert Horn (book) and David Yazbek's (score) musical comedy Tootsie continues this Broadway season's welcome trend of adapting classic, decades-old source material into brand new stage pieces that examine familiar stories through a contemporary lens.

Earlier this week, the company of Tootsie celebrated its opening night at the Marquis Theatre. Before they took their bows, the cast took a little break from rehearsals to have some fun  with a little game we cooked up for them- Tootsie or Dare!
