Theatre fans need not travel all the way to New York City to get a taste of Broadway. Though the Big Apple boasts perhaps the freshest productions and greatest talents in the world, many of the most successful shows on Broadway will eventually hit the road- bringing and equally magical (though sometimes slightly updated) version of their production to cities across the country.

Reyes | Finn have announced a debut solo exhibition by artist Nick Doyle accompanied by a two-person exhibition by Mike Cloud and John Riepenhoff, on view from January 10-February 22, 2020. It's fitting that Matthew Bourne's The Red Shoes returns to London to finish up another year of reviewing dance. By far Bourne's most accomplished, creative and complete work, it's a theatrical joy from start to finish that is performed with confidence by a cast who have now had time to perfect it since the 2016 premiere. 

Grand Horizons is now in previews on Broadway!  Grand Horizons will play a strictly limited 10-week engagement, and officially open on January 23, 2020 at The Hayes Theater (240 West 44th Street).

The San Diego Opera's first Detour Series performance this season was 'One Amazing Night' with Soprano Ailyn Pérez, tenor Joshua Guerrero and accompanist Abdiel Vázquez. All are outstanding young award winners with impressive resumes. The first half featured operatic arias, enjoyable and worth the ticket price on their own. But the second half was something different--and special. In it the artists performed classic popular Mexican songs they grew up with, and their passionate affection was obvious. Vázquez was born in Mexico. Pérez and Guerrero are American children of Mexican immigrants.

The Metropolitan Opera today announces two cast changes for its forthcoming production of Verdi's La Traviata, opening January 10, 2020. Piero Pretti sings the role of Alfredo Germont at the performances on February 26, 29, March 5, 9, 13, and 19, 2020, replacing Vittorio Grigolo. Additionally, New York City Ballet principal dancer Sara Mearns joins the cast as the female solo dancer for the performances on January 10, 14, 18, 23, 26, February 3, March 5, 9, and 13, 2020.

New Adventures has announced that Adam Cooper and Ashley Shaw will star in the return of Matthew Bourne's double Olivier award-winning, smash hit production of 'THE RED SHOES'. a seven-week Christmas season at Sadler's Wells, London, from Tuesday 3 December to Sunday 19 January 2020.

Due to popular demand, stand-up comedian ALI WONG has added a second performance for 'THE MILK & MONEY TOUR' at the Majestic Theatre (224 E. Houston St.) in San Antonio, TX on Saturday, March 14 at 10:00PM. Tickets go on sale this Friday, December 13 at 10:00AM.

Returning for the Holiday season, Otherworld Theatre will produce The Winter Wolf, their hit holiday-themed fairy tale written by Joseph Zettelmaier  and directed by company member Sara Robinson. The play runs December 7, 2019 - December 29, 2019 at Otherworld Theatre. The Winter Wolf was produced in 2018, and will be returning for its second consecutive holiday season.
