Based on the novel Anna and the King of Siam by Margaret Landon

Rodgers and Hammerstein's classic about English widow Anna who comes to teach western ways to the royal family of Siam and in turn learns to love and respect the exuberant king. A fun show for the whole family!

The New York Pops' performance at Carnegie Hall was just an overwhelmingly beautiful way to experience the music of theater (and I imagine if they did a John Williams score too it would feel similar.) Having seen most of these tunes played with just a piano and sometimes with a few more instruments, this full orchestra with guest choir of at least 60 was like peering into the original imagination of Rodgers and Hammerstein...

3-D Theatricals continues its 2019-2020 season with Kinky Boots, winner of six 2013 Tony Awards including Best Musical. The production, which will be directed by Tony Award nominee John Tartaglia (Broadway's Avenue Q and Shrek The Musical) and choreographed by Linda Love Simmons (3-D Theatricals' Once The Musical) with musical direction and conducting by Benet Braun (La Mirada Theatre's Grumpy Old Men: The Musical). Kinky Boots will play February 14-March 1 at the Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts (18000 Park Plaza Drive, Cerritos, CA). On Friday, elusive New York City jazz group Onyx Collective returns with the release of their new single. 'My Funny Valentine' features Nick Hakim and is a reimagining of the song originally written for Richard Rodgers and Lorenz Hart's 1937 musical Babes in Arms.
