Rodgers and Hart’s classic 1938 musical comedy adaptation of The Comedy of Errors will return to the London stage for the first time in over ten years in a madcap tale of mistaken identity, danger and romance in ancient Greece! 

Klea Blackhurst, star of cabaret, nightclubs, and musical theater, has joined the cast of THE BOYS FROM SYRACUSE In Concert, to be presented for one night only at Feinstein’s/54 Below (254 West 54th Street) on Thursday, June 19 at 9:30 pm.

FEINSTEIN’S/54 BELOW, Broadway’s Supper Club, will present the Rodgers & Hart classic musical comedy “THE BOYS FROM SYRACUSE” In Concert on Thursday, June 16th at 9:30 pm at Feinstein’s/54 Below (254 West 54th Street).  

A Broadway classic gets the concert treatment, led by some very classy fellas.

The leading male roles of the identical twin Antipholus brothers will be played by real-life identical twins John and Matthew Drinkwater, the young musical duo who have become stars of the internet and have performed at major New York venues including Birdland, Feinstein's/54 Below, The Green Room 42, The Town Hall, and Don't Tell Mama.

That harmonious hit jukebox musical Jersey Boys is once again back at Syracuse's Landmark Theatre as part of the Famous Artists Broadway Theater Series: Broadway in Syracuse. The musical of course tells the story of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons with music by Bob Gaudio, lyrics by Bob Crewe and a book by Marshall Brickman and Rick Elice.

Stage Directors and Choreographers Foundation (SDCF), the independent, not-for-profit affiliate of SDC, Stage Directors and Choreographers Society, today announced unique plans for its 2019 award evening, which will feature original choreographic pieces resulting from a special commissioning program, with the application period now open. SDCF also announced that Victoria Traube would receive a special 'Mr. Abbott' Award at the event, to be held March 25 at the French Institute Alliance Francaise (FIAF).

Musicals Tonight!'s 20th Anniversary Spring Season opener of Rodgers and Hart's The Boys From Syracuse, begins performances Tuesday, February 13th at The Lion Theatre on Theatre Row (410 West 42nd Street).  The comedy farce about mistaken identity, as adapted by George Abbott, will play a limited engagement through February 25th.  The Boys From Syracuse is directed and choreographed by Jonathan Cerullo who has given the musical a  fresh new take with men cast in almost all of the female roles for the very first time.  Tickets are $45 and can be purchased through www.telecharge.com or by calling (212) 239-6200.

Monroe in Phoenix.

Musical Theatre West's (MTW) Reiner Staged Reading Series presents the Rodgers & Hart's classic The Boys from Syracuse Sunday, November 13, 2016 at 7:00pm at its new home, the Beverly O'Neill Theater, located at the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center.  Tickets are now on Tickets are now on sale online at www.musical.org, by visiting the MTW West Ticket Office, or by calling (562) 856-1999, ext. 4.  Advance general admission tickets for each performance are $27 (or $32 on the day of the performance).  You can also purchase a subscription for the final two 2016 Reiner Staged Reading performances (She Loves Me will be performed Saturday, December 3, 7pm) for $50.  Seating is general admission, with season subscribers receiving early access to the theatre via a special subscriber door.

JERSEY BOYS, the harmonious hit jukebox musical with music by Bob Gaudio, lyrics by Bob Crewe, and a book by Marshall Brickman and Rick Elice, is touring the country again. The latest national tour of the audience-pleasing Tony Award-winning musical started off last week in Syracuse's historic Landmark Theatre. Local audiences were treated to a stellar production under the superb direction of Des McAnuff.

BTG's exciting revival is the first ever full-scale New York City and Off-Broadway revival of the hit musical. Boston Landmarks Orchestra closes their 2016 Free Today Concerts at the DCR Memorial Hatch Shell on August 31 (7 pm)* with another extraordinary collaboration with Commonwealth Shakespeare Company (CSC).  A concert performance  -  with music and dance - of The Boys from Syracuse, with music by Richard Rodgers, lyrics by Lorenz Hart, and a new adaptation of the George Abbott book by Larry ( and Jennifer Hart with consultation by 3-time Tony Award librettist (Annie, co-librettist of The Producers and Hairspray) Tom Meehan.  The concert is free and open to the public. *If it is raining on August 31, the concert will be postponed to September 1 at the Hatch Shell.
