The Barrow Group, under the leadership of Co-Artistic Directors Seth Barrish and Lee Brock and Executive Director Robert Serrell, will present the world premiere 17 Minutes, a spellbinding new play by Scott Organ (Phoenix) that takes an intimate look at how gun violence reverberates across a community. Directed by Seth Barrish (Director of Mike Birbiglia's The New One), 17 Minutes is scheduled to run at The Barrow Group Mainstage Theatre (312 West 36th St) from January 10 through February 15 with an opening set for January 22.

Sing Street features a book by Tony Award winner & NYTW Usual Suspect Enda Walsh (Once, Lazarus), music and lyrics by Gary Clark (frontman of Danny Wilson) & Carney, direction by Tony Award winner & NYTW Usual Suspect Rebecca Taichman (Indecent) and choreography by Obie Award winner Sonya Tayeh (Hundred Days).

Gloucester Stage Artistic Director Robert Walsh and Interim Managing Director Chris Griffith recently announced that the non-profit theater's 40th anniversary season will include regional premiere of The Lifespan of a Fact from August 30 through September 22.  Gloucester Stage will be the first theater in the country to produce the critically-acclaimed The Lifespan of a Fact since the play's SRO smash hit world premiere Broadway run featuring Daniel Radcliffe, Cherry Jones, and Bobby Cannavale closed in January 2019.

Playwrights Horizons (Artistic Director Tim Sanford, Managing Director Leslie Marcus) today announced the cast and creative team of Unknown Soldier, a sweeping, elegiac chamber musical that melts time, spanning three generations as it follows a woman's journey to unearth the secrets buried in her family's past. With a book and lyrics by Daniel Goldstein, making his New York writing debut, Unknown Soldier is also the last work from the late, beloved Michael Friedman (music and lyrics) to be premiered in the city. Together, they created a work that profoundly illustrates the search into the existences of those who've passed, connecting the love and loss, hope and regret of two womena?'and a country forever scarred by wara?'across a century. Unknown Soldier follows Ellen Rabinowitz, a woman who's inherited her grandmother's homea?'and with it, a clue that her understanding of her family and of herself are incomplete. Directed by Trip Cullman and choreographed by Patrick McCollum, this New York premiere production will take place in the Mainstage Theater at Playwrights Horizons (416 West 42nd Street), February 14-March 29, 2020.

4th Wall Theatre will present the Houston premier of Will Eno's Broadway sensation 'The Realistic Joneses.' Eno's critically acclaimed play will re-unite 4th Wall Co-Artistic Directors Kim Tobin-Lehl and Philip Lehl as Bob and Jennifer Jones. Featured in this all-start cast will be guest artist Vaishnavi Sharma as Pony Jones. Ms. Sharma is perhaps most well-known for her regular appearances on Amazon Prime's 'Mr. Robot' alongside Academy Award-winner Rami Malek. She has also been featured in New York-based BEDLAM Theatre's 'Pygmalion' and the original smash hit production of Kate Hamill's 'Sense and Sensibility.' Drake Simpson will complete this stellar cast as John Jones. Mr. Simpson was last seen in 4th Wall's award-winning productions of 'Lobby Hero' and 'True West.' Returning to 4th Wall to direct is Jennifer Dean, who previously directed a beautifully realized production of 'Collected Stories' by Donald Margulies and a brilliant staging of 'Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?' by Edward Albee.
