Based on the beloved film by Adrienne Shelly, Waitress features music and lyrics from six-time Grammy nominee Sara Bareilles ('Love Song,' 'Brave') and book by Jessie Nelson. Waitress tells the story of a pie maker named Jenna who, despite the mundanity of her life, finds comfort and reckoning in the simple magic of baking. ANTON ZETTERHOLM TO PLAY JOEY IN PARAMOUR at Neue Flora

Once again the Swedish musical star Anton Zetterholm has landed a role internationally. He will play the young pianist Joey in Paramour at the Theater Neue Flora in Hamburg, which is premiered in April 2019, which is also the Europe premier for the show. Anton has last played in West Side Story in Malmo and before that he played Raoul in the Fantasy at the Stockholm Opera, together with Peter Joback. In Germany he has played Tarzan and on West End he played Enjolras in Les Miserables. (more...)

Valerie Perri, who created the role of Eva Peron in the national tour of Evita will be the guest star for Good Theater's annual Broadway at Good Theater concerts December 5-9. Perri won the L.A. In just two rehearsals, the Darkness RISING cast recorded an album intended for anyone who lives with anxiety, depression, bipolar, or other mental illnesses.
