Les Miserables Staged Concert Revival 2021

Les Misérables -The Staged Concert made its return to the Sondheim Theatre on 20 May 2021! The principal cast of Les Miserables features Jon Robyns as Jean Valjean, Bradley Jaden as Javert, Lucie Jones as Fantine, and more.

Les Misérables -The Staged Concert made its triumphant return to the Sondheim Theatre just last night on 20 May. Ahead of the big night, BroadwayWorld's Tom Hayden Millward checked in with Fantine- Lucie Jones. Following the  run, Jones will star as Jenna in the UK Tour of Waitress, which kicks off at the New Wimbledon Theatre on 4 September 2021.

 Les Miserables - The Staged Concert returned to the stage last night, 20 May. Theatre fans have been so excited to get back to the theatre, and have shown their love for the show on social media.

Daily Mail reporter Baz Bamigboye has reported that a staged concert of Les Misérables starring Michael Ball, Alfie Boe and Matt Lucas Will Be Broadcast Live In UK/Ireland Cinemas on Dec2nd. Tickets go on sale Nov 4th via http://www.lemisconcert.com 

Elaine Paige recently stopped by the concert production of Les Miserables at the Gielgud Theatre. Following the performance, she posed with three of the cast members, Michael Ball, John Owen Jones, and Matt Lucas.

It has been announced that former X Factor contestant Shan Ako and newcomer Lily Kerhoas will be storming the barricade in the limited concert engagement of Les Miserables at the Gielgud Theatre.

Today is the final performance of the original production of Les Miserables in London. Cast members past and present, as well as other well-known names on Broadway and the West End, took to Twitter to bid farewell to this iconic production, and share memories of their time in the show.

According to The Stage, the backstage crew on the West End production of Les Miserables are facing redundancy because of the changes to the production being implemented by Cameron Mackintosh Ltd.

When the lights dimmed in the theatre on March 8th, the cast of Les Miserables began what can only be described as a musical marathon. With practiced precision, they began a performance where, for almost 3 hours, singing was the only form of communication, and the entire audience was transported back to the 19th century in France, where a man served 19 years in jail for stealing bread, spent years chased by a relentless police inspector, young love was found for one but crushed for another, and a revolution was fought for by a group of students and citizens who will risk their lives for what they believe is right.
