Tickets at all price points for Summer 2019 performances will be released on Thursday, November 29, 2018 at 11:00 AM ET for the Tony Award-winning Broadway production of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child at the fully renovated Lyric Theatre (214 West 43rd Street, New York, NY).

Joe C. Brown and Anthony Hollis Productions have announced the tour of a new one-man play THE SHY MANIFESTO, written by Michael Ross, directed by Cat Robey and starring Theo Ancient (Albus Potter in Harry Potter and the Cursed Child). THE SHY MANIFESTO will open at Live Theatre, Newcastle on 29 January 2019, before touring nationally.

The Metropolitan Opera's new production of La Traviata, opening December 4, will be the first opera conducted by Yannick Nézet-Séguin as the Met's Jeanette Lerman-Neubauer Music Director. Soprano Diana Damrau, who made her acclaimed role debut as Violetta at the Met during the 2012–2013 season (with Maestro Nézet-Séguin on the podium), returns as the tragic heroine.

With rehearsals underway in Melbourne, a new block of tickets for the Australian premiere production of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child will go on sale to the general public at 11am on Tuesday November 27, 2018 via the official website www.HarryPotterThePlay.com.

The new musical comedy Beetlejuice will open on Broadway at the Winter Garden Theatre (1634 Broadway) on April 25, 2019, but first the musical has its world premiere at The National Theatre in Washington D.C., and officially opened yesterday. 

Ben Lockwood, Rupert Henderson and Oliver Kaderbhai today announce the full cast for the hit Off-Broadway musical Striking 12 from Tony Award-winning Rachel Sheinkin and musical duo Brendan Milburn and Valerie Vigoda. Oliver Kaderbhai directs Declan Bennett (Brendan), Bronte Barbe (The Match Girl), Danielle Kassarate (Narrator), with Kate Robson-Stuart and Leon Scott completing the cast. Inspired by Hans Christian Andersen's The Little Match Girl, Striking 12 will open at the Union Theatre on 3 December, with previews from 28 November and runs until 23 December.

BroadwayCon announces that the Tony Award-winning Harry Potter and the Cursed Child has joined the BroadwayCon 2019 MainStage lineup. The panel will feature cast members from the hit show. Additional details will be announced at a later date. Harry Potter and the Cursed Child joins Mean Girls, Harvey Fierstein's Torch Song, Be More Chill, Come From Away, The Prom, and Pretty Woman as part of MainStage programming.

The Cher Show has announced it will hold a digital lottery! A limited quantity of $30 tickets will be available to each performance via a digital lottery, powered by Broadway Direct, by visiting https://lottery.broadwaydirect.com/show/cher/. The digital lottery will open at 8:00AM EST on Thursday, November 1 for tickets to that evening's performance. Lottery seat locations may vary per performance but will always include seats in the first row.
