Producers announced casting for the North American tour of the first ever Broadway revival of CATS. The multi-year tour launched at Providence Performing Arts Center on January 22, 2019 and will play 40+ cities during its multi-year tour, including the Fabulous Fox Theatre from April 7-19.

Celine Dion visited the CATS tour in Toronto and met up with the cast following a performance at Toronto's Princess of Wales Theatre last night! Members of the New York Film Critics were told that it wouldn't see the film before mid-December, meaning that it would miss the deadlines for the Golden Globes, which has its final screening on December 4, National Board of Review, which announces its winners December 3, the SAG Awards, which close nominations on December 8. Now according to Variety, the film will indeed meet the early deadlines. Members of the Hollywood Foreign Press will see the film in early December.
