The pride of Camden Town will return to Southern California for the first time since Coachella 2012, when Madness overtakes the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles on May 24 for a one-night-only ska/bluebeat hit parade culled from 40+ years of glorious chaos. King Experience, the band's new working name. In addition to the upcoming world tour (dates listed below), the single 'Rock Me Baby' featuring George Benson, Tito Jackson and Claudette King will be released this summer.

What happens when 1880 Western bandits are brought back to life in Azusa, CA by a space alien? Sam Shepard's The Unseen Hand joins Odyssey Theatre Ensemble's 50th Anniversary “Circa '69” Season of significant and adventurous plays that premiered around the time of the company's inception, coupled with Shepard's gritty and audacious Killer's Head. Longtime Shepard collaborator Darrell Larson directs both plays for a Jan. 25 opening at the Odyssey Theatre in West L.A., where performances will continue through March 8.

Tony nominee Mary Bridget Davies, best known for her onstage work channeling the late rock icon Janis Joplin, will release an album of compellingly reimagined songs by the legendary songwriter and Grammy® winning producer Jerry Ragovoy. The album is dedicated  to Davies' sister who tragically took her own life. Broadway Records will release the studio album, digitally and in stores, on Friday, March 20, 2020. The album is currently available for pre-order at www.BroadwayRecords.com. 

The Riant Theatre (Van Dirk Fisher, Artistic Director), a nonprofit theatre supporting playwrights and theatremakers of diverse cultural backgrounds, is holding the Launch Party for its annual Strawberry One-Act and Theatre Festival on Sunday, February 9, 2020 at 4:30pm at the Thalia Studios at Peter Norton Symphony Space, 2537 Broadway at 95th St, NYC. The evening will begin with a reception with food, drinks and a screening of the Video Diaries Project: a series of short films about the artists in the festival.
