New York Theatre Barn will present a reading of Everyone Comes to Elaine's, a new musical about iconic restaurateur Elaine Kaufman with Mary Testa (Oklahoma, The Gardens of Anuncia) in the title role. Directed by Tony nominee Jeff Calhoun (Newsies, Bonnie and Clyde, Big River), the reading will take place on March 4th, 2022, in New York City.

Wright State Theatre will present the regional premier of Annie Baker’s Obie-award winning play, Circle Mirror Transformation, from November 19-December 5th (no performances Thanksgiving Weekend). The play follows four lost New Englanders who enroll in Marty’s (played by Mady McCabe) six-week-long community-center drama class.

It has been announced that musical theatre star and television presenter Brenda Edwards (Chicago, We Will Rock You, The X Factor, Loose Women and Songs of Praise) will star as Motormouth Maybelle in the UK and Ireland tour of Hairspray. Comedy legend Norman Pace (ITV's The Hale and Pace Show) will play Wilbur Turnblad alongside West End leading man Alex Bourne (Annie, Mamma Mia!, We Will Rock You) as Edna Turnblad.
