The Black Seeds make a triumphant return to their sonic roots with their new single, “Raised With Love,” out worldwide on November 27. Packed full of the sunshine reggae vibes that have made them a household name in their homeland of New Zealand, and a favorite for festival-goers around the world, the single is the first off their new album set for release later next year. It will be released in North America in partnership with tastemaker indie label Easy Star Records, who has handled the entire catalog of The Black Seeds in this part of the world since 2010.

Irish Repertory Theatre has announced its Online 2020 Fall Season. This fall will feature five Performances on Screen.

Following the announcement of their partnership earlier this year, the Belgrade Theatre, the Roma Project and Coventry University's Centre for Dance Research are delighted to share an online preview of an exhibition originally scheduled to take place at the theatre this month.

According to Deadline, Andy Weir's novel Project Hail Mary is going to be adapted into a movie, and Ryan Gosling is in talks to star and produce, alongside Ken Kao. MGM has acquired the rights in a 7-figure deal. 

DEAD & COMPANY announces its Summer Tour 2020, kicking off July 10th & 11th with two shows at Folsom Field in Boulder, Colorado, and running through August 7th & 8th, with two nights at Boston's historic Fenway Park. The 17-date summer tour also includes two shows at the iconic Wrigley Field in Chicago, the home of the Cubs; one night at Truist Park, the home of the Atlanta Braves; and one at MetLife Stadium, the home of the New York Giants and New York Jets, marking the second year in a row the band has headlined an NFL stadium. These 17 shows are the only headline tour dates Dead & Company will play in 2020!  A full listing of these 2020 tour dates can be found below.

Goodman Theatre Artistic Director Robert Falls has announced casting for his upcoming revival of Molly Sweeney by Brian Friel. In assuming the title role, Chicago favorite Kate Fry returns to the Goodman, following her recent appearance in Falls' production of The Winter's Tale. Joining Fry are stage and screen star Brendan Coyle (Downton Abbey), who returns to the Goodman following his triumphant appearance in last season's St. Nicholas by Conor McPherson, and Chicago's Christopher Donahue (Oedipus Rex at Court Theatre, Moby Dick at Lookingglass).

Geva Theatre Center presents Slow Food, by Wendy MacLeod and directed by Skip Greer, in the Elaine P. Wilson Stage from January 14 through February 9.

Inis Nua Theatre presents the Philadelphia Premiere of the award-winning play THE NIGHT ALIVE by Tony Award-nominated Conor McPherson. THE NIGHT ALIVE tells the story of Tommy who lives in a filthy studio apartment and survives on odd jobs around Dublin. When he rescues a young woman from her abusive boyfriend, Tommy's dilapidated home becomes a safe haven from her violent past and the tenuous friendship they build forever alters their lives. The production will be directed by Barrymore Award-nominated director and Inis Nua Founder and Artistic Director Tom Reing. Previews begin Wednesday, October 9, with opening night on Friday, October 11. The show runs through October 27, 2019 for a total of 15 performances. Josh Ritter's new 'Tiny Desk' concert featuring special guests Jason Isbell and Amanda Shires debuts today at NPR Music. The intimate, collaborative performance includes renditions of Ritter's 'All Some Kind of Dream' and 'Torch Committee' as well as his previously unreleased song, 'The Gospel of Mary.'

Due to overwhelming demand, DEAD & COMPANY – Mickey Hart, Bill Kreutzmann, John Mayer, and Bob Weir, with Oteil Burbridge and Jeff Chimenti – have added additional East Coast concerts to the band's “Fall Fun Run.” The shows - Tuesday, November 5th and Wednesday, November 6th @ the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Uniondale, NY, fall between Dead & Company's previously announced concerts at Madison Square Garden in New York, NY (October 31 and November 1) and the Hampton Coliseum in Hampton, Virginia (November 8 & 9).

Last night, singer-songwriter John Mayer released a new track titled I GUESS I JUST FEEL LIKE. The new track comes ahead of the summer 2019 Dead and Company tour. 

This March, BAM continues two ongoing programs: Screen Epiphanies featuring Robert Bresson's Au Hasard Balthazar (1966), chosen by filmmaker Anna Rose Holmer; and Beyond the Canon on March 30, featuring a double bill of Holmer's narrative feature debut The Fits (2015) and Peter Weir's dreamy classic Picnic at Hanging Rock (1975).
